Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil or a silicone baking mat.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and turn the oven temperature to 425° F. (You will be adding your radishes to a hot baking sheet for better baking.)
While the oven is preheating, place radishes, oil or butter, and seasonings in a large bowl. Toss to coat.
When the oven is preheated, carefully remove the hot baking sheet using an oven mitt. Add the radishes in a single layer to the sheet and bake for 10 minutes while preparing the chicken.
To prepare the chicken, place chicken, oil or butter, and seasonings in a large bowl. Toss to coat.
After the radishes have baked for 10 minutes, carefully remove the sheet from the oven, stir radishes, and add the chicken thighs in a single layer.
Bake another 20-25 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165° F). Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
