This colorful salad is almost too pretty to eat!

carrots, shredded

red cabbage, shredded

yellow bell pepper, chopped

broccoli florets, chopped

baby lettuce

lemon, juiced

extra-virgin olive oil
sea salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Instructions
Place the lettuce at the bottom of a bowl, and arrange the remaining vegetables in a rainbow pattern on top of the lettuce.
Top with the juice of one squeezed lemon, 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
