Easy White Bean Dip
This white bean dip comes together in less than five minutes and is perfect for veggie or cracker dipping, a salad topper, or even a sandwich spread.

15-ounce can
cannellini or Great Northern beans
drained and rinsed

tablespoons
extra-virgin olive oil
(plus extra for drizzling)

tablespoons
lemon juice
1/2
teaspoon
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process to desired texture. (I like to keep mine a little chunky.)
To serve, place in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and add some freshly ground black pepper. You can also add a sprig of rosemary for garnish.
