diced onions

oregano

cumin

garlic powder

shredded cheddar cheese
divided

cup
canned refried beans
1/2
cup
shredded lettuce

tbsp
sliced black olives

tbsp
chopped tomato

tbsp
sliced green onions
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Cook beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through. Add onion and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until translucent.
Add chili powder, oregano, cumin, and garlic powder and combine, then stir in 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
Transfer mixture to a 8"x8" baking dish. Spread refried beans evenly over meat. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
Bake for 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Top evenly with lettuce, black olives, tomato, and green onions.
