Is this only for people who are new to keto?

Not at all! My Colorful Keto Journey is suitable for people on any day of their keto journey. You can pick up monthly progress journaling and tracking right where you are, and you can backfill a few details (like weight loss so far).

Do you mail the journal to me?

It's a printable journal, so it will be delivered to your inbox in a digital PDF file which you can then print (using a color printer or black-and-white printer).

Do I need anything specific to use this journal?

I recommend purchasing high-quality colored pencils, card stock, three-hole sheet protectors, and a 1/2" or 1" binder. These don't cost much and will go a long way in keeping your journal pages protected and organized.

Additionally, while you can color the entire journal with colored pencils, you can also use markers or crayons for some of the larger designs. Do what appeals most to you!

I haven't colored anything since I was a kid! Am I actually going to like this?

I can't speak for you, but I'll tell you my experience. Prior to developing this journal, I also hadn't colored anything since I was a kid. While I was developing it, I realized I should probably try out this whole adult coloring thing.

Verdict: I LOVE IT! I don't consider myself a very creative person, so I was shocked by how much I enjoy the process. It's such a nice break from the go-go-go pace of life, plus it's rewarding to see pages come to life with the colors you choose. Coloring is a great way to unwind at the end of a day (and it's carb-free! ;)).

Hi, keto friend!

My name is Jessica and I run a blog that focuses on keto, low-carb, and low-sugar recipes called Forget Sugar Friday. (Yep, weirdest blog name ever, but that's a story for another day.) My guy Jonathan has been on keto for a few years now and I finally took the plunge in mid-2018. (What took me so long?!)
